訂購須知 Order Information

請注意 (Please note): 
    1. 本店13cm或以上之蛋糕必須提前最少三日預訂 (每日落單截止時間為晚上十點正) 。
    2. 假若顧客未能在指定日期的營業時間內提取蛋糕，將被當作自動放棄論，我司有權將蛋糕廢棄處理， 並不會補發蛋糕及退款。
    3. 蛋糕上之裝飾擺設，會因應供應量而有所改動，恕不另行通知。網站內的圖片只供參考之用，蛋糕全由人手製造，實物與圖片會略有不同，一切以門市店內實物為準。
    4. 蛋糕的款式、尺寸及重量只供參考，一切均以實物為準。
    5. 訂單經確認後，不設取消、換貨﹑改期或退款。如取貨後發現貨品品質有問題，請連同訂單編號及聯絡資料電郵至 [email protected]。
    6. 折扣後的金額會以四捨五入計算。


    1. We require a pre-order lead time of three days for all cake order with size of 13cm or above. (Our daily pre-order cut off time is 10pm). 
    2. No refund or replacement will be given if customers fail to pick-up the cake within the agreed period.
    3. Due to limited ornaments on cakes these are subject to change without prior notice. The pictures in our website is for reference only. The color and shape of cakes may vary slightly as all cakes are handmade.
    4. The design, size, and weight of the cake are for reference only. All specifications are subject to the actual product.
    5. Once an order is placed, there will be no cancellation, amendments, reschedule nor any refund. If the cake has material defects, please leave your order number and contact information to [email protected].
    6. All prices are rounded up to the nearest dollar after discount.
