Mother’s Day Cake Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
條款及細則：
1.本活動只限身處香港地區之 Facebook 及 Instagram 用戶參加。
2.每人及每個帳戶只限參加一次，否則將被取消資格。
3.參加者須於2026年4月22日中午12時或之前完成所有參加步驟並留言，方視為有效參加。
4.參加者須以「【水果】＋【水果】」格式作答，並完整及正確猜中兩款水果方為有效。任何不完整或只答對其中一款的答案，將不被接受。
5.所有經編輯之留言將不被視為有效參加。
6.得獎者將由 Facebook 及 Instagram 各最先完整答對兩款水果的五位參加者獲得（先答先得）。
7.得獎者須於指定時間內回覆領獎訊息，否則視作放棄論。
8.如得獎者放棄領獎資格，將不設補選或替補安排。
9.如發現任何以虛假帳戶或不正當方式參與，本公司有權取消其參加及得獎資格。
10.參加者提交之內容不得含不當、冒犯或抄襲內容，否則將被取消資格。
11.獎品不得轉讓、兌換現金或更換其他產品。
12.La Famille 保留使用參加者留言內容作宣傳用途之權利。
13.如因系統或網絡問題導致資料延誤或遺失，本公司概不負責。
14.La Famille 保留修改活動條款及最終決定權。
Terms and Conditions:
1.This promotion is open to Facebook and Instagram users residing in Hong Kong only.
2.Each participant and each account is allowed to enter once only. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3.Participants must complete all required steps and submit their entry on or before 12:00 PM, 22 April 2026 to be considered valid.
4.Participants must answer in the format “【Fruit】＋【Fruit】”. Only entries that correctly identify both fruits in full will be considered valid. Partial or incomplete answers will not be accepted.
5.Edited comments will not be considered valid entries.
6.Winners will be the first five participants on each platform (Facebook and Instagram) who correctly identify both fruits (first come, first served).
7.Winners must reply to the prize notification within the specified time; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.
8.In the event of forfeiture, no replacement or substitute winner will be arranged.
9.Any use of fake accounts or fraudulent means will result in disqualification.
10.Submitted content must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or plagiarized material. Violations will lead to disqualification.
11.Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
12.La Famille reserves the right to use participants’ submissions for promotional purposes.
13.La Famille shall not be held responsible for any delays, losses, or errors caused by system or network issues.
14.La Famille reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and retains the final decision in case of any disputes.
